How to reach us: every support channel, what it’s for, and how fast it actually responds

Most casinos list three support channels and call it a day. We name each one, tell you exactly when it works, and what you should use it for — so you don’t send a technical question to a live chat agent and wait 12 minutes for a redirect. Here is every way to contact us, structured by channel.

Live chat — fastest, but not for everything

Live chat runs 24/7 in Dutch and several other languages. First-response time is usually under 60 seconds. Use it for login issues, bonus questions, account settings, or anything that needs a quick yes or no. Do not use it for complex KYC document uploads or detailed payment disputes — those need email attachments.

Email — slower, better for paper trails

Our email address is support@luckyboom.com. It is also 24/7, but response times vary and are not yet confirmed at launch. Send emails for verification document submissions, withdrawal requests, self-exclusion requests, and any issue where you want a written record. One email per topic keeps things fast.

Help centre / FAQ — no waiting, but limited scope

The FAQ section is available in Dutch, always accessible, and covers the most common topics: bonuses, payments, technical issues, account setup, and verification. It is the best place to start for standard questions — you get an answer instantly without talking to anyone. If the FAQ cannot resolve it, live chat or email is the next step.

What about a web contact form?

We do not offer a separate web contact form at launch. Email is the documented channel for detailed requests. Live chat handles everything else. If a form is added later, we will update the FAQ.

A note on response times

Live chat response is usually instant — we mean seconds, not minutes. Email response times are not yet published. When they are, we will add them to the FAQ. Until then, use live chat for anything urgent and email for anything that needs documentation.

Service-Level Goals and Escalation Paths

We set clear targets for every issue you raise. Our goal is simple: resolve the straightforward ones fast, and route the complex ones to the right people without delay. Below you’ll find the expected resolution windows, escalation triggers, and how we handle technical failures that affect your play.

Resolution Times for Common Issue Types

Issue TypeSimple CaseComplex Case
Withdrawal delayWithin 2 hoursWithin 24 hours
Game malfunction (freeze, no payout)Within 2 hoursWithin 48 hours
Login or account access problemWithin 1 hourWithin 12 hours
Bonus calculation errorWithin 4 hoursWithin 24 hours

A simple case is one where our first-line support team can verify the facts using standard tools — for example, checking a failed withdrawal against payment logs. A complex case requires investigation by a specialist team, often involving provider logs or manual calculations.

When We Escalate to Specialist Teams

  • Payment issues that involve third‑party processors or crypto network delays.
  • Game malfunctions reported by multiple players or flagged by the provider.
  • Account security incidents (suspected unauthorised access, phishing attempts).
  • Bonus discrepancies that can’t be resolved with standard account data.
  • Any request that requires a manual review of session logs or provider-side data.

Your case is escalated automatically when the first‑line agent identifies one of these triggers. You will receive a ticket ID and an estimated time of first response from the specialist team, typically within 1 hour during business hours.

Compensation for Significant Technical Issues

If a technical error on our side — such as a game failing to credit a win, a bonus not activating, or a withdrawal being misrouted — causes you tangible inconvenience, we will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a goodwill gesture. This is not a guarantee of profit, but a fair attempt to restore your experience.

  • A failed crediting of a €50 win from a slot: we may credit the exact amount back within 48 hours after verifying the provider logs.
  • A bonus that failed to apply due to a system error: we may reissue the same bonus or replace it with free spins of equivalent value.
  • A withdrawal delayed beyond 48 hours due to a system fault: we may offer a cashback bonus (e.g., 10% of the delayed amount, max €50) as a one‑time gesture.

All compensation is at our discretion and subject to the same wagering requirements as the original offer unless otherwise stated. We never use compensation to pressure you into continued play — it is simply a way to acknowledge that we fell short.
